How to perform The Slinky Bend
This is a good moderate level girth exercise and easy to perform- though great care should be taken to not force the bend or use too high of an erection early in your adjustment period with this exercise.
Form and feel should take priority over repetitions and intensity with this exercise- more so than most!
Step 1: Clamp the erect penis with an OK grip with one hand

Step 2: Wait for the erection to fade to about 60-70%

Step 3: Carefully bend the penis in half, arching it similar to the shape of a slinky
