Lying on your side with your upper body perpendicular to your legs, take your penis and pull it towards your anus.

Step 2

Tuck it in between your legs and then close your legs.

Step 3

Then, proceed to try to straighten your torso. You should feel a nice stretch!

CAUTION! After 5 minutes, you MUST look at your glans to ensure that you're still getting proper circulation there. This isn't the type of exercise that can be done for 15 minutes straight without checking "downstairs"!
